作法如下
嫩豆腐鍋Soft Tofu Pot (Soondubu-jjigae)
|湯底 Stock
昆布 1條
Hokkaido Konbu 1 piece
白蘿蔔 75克
75 g sliced white radish
雞湯塊 400毫升
400ml chicken stock
小火煮15分鐘
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes
|辣豬肉醬 |Spicy Pork Sauce
大蒜10g
10g minced garlic
洋蔥30g
30g minced onion
豬肉150g
150g minced pork
於鍋內拌炒以上食材至有香氣
Stir fry above ingredients in an earthenware bowl until fragrant
高湯
broth(Stock)
泡菜200g
200g Kimchi
鹽
Salt
糖
Sugar
魚露(依個人喜好)
Fishsauce(optional)
以中火燉煮7分鐘
Boil on medium heat for 7 minutes

Tofu
麻油
Sesame oil
粗辣椒粉
Chili powder
雞蛋
Egg
蔥花
Green onion
煮滾後即可端上桌
